About me.. okay, I am a single mom.. and totally rocking it.. I love to run, weight train... if you take care of your body it will take care of you. Roller blade, hiking, cycling or walking, I'm up for anything out doors. I compete in duathlons and am training for my first marathon next year. Love to be active and love the sun! Not to say I don't enjoy relaxing with a flick, but there has to be cuddling involved or I'm out! ;)

I enjoy spending time with my best girl friends and family, put your energy into those who put theirs into you, these are the ones that will be there where the dust settles and you 'think' you are all alone.

I believe that we make our own happiness. Your outlook on life is a direct reflection on how you see yourself. I have my own tools and I know how to use them. I don't need a man to complete me or fix anything for me, just one who compliments my life. Someone who will challenge on a physical level.. someone who wants the best!

I am always honest.. tell it like it is, i don't hide my feelings well , but I don't see this as a bad thing, I don't play games and I have no time for people that lie, cheat or energy suckers. Everyday is what we want it to be... all you have to do is choose your attitude!
