Hello there, I'm a summer, warm weather sun bum! My weekends during the summer involve boating on my Baja, Cards games, Concerts, and watching the sunset on the water listening to music. I have a Golden retriever that loves to boat also! Winter, I'm a fireplace and wine type of person. I love to work out and keep fit, I work out at least three nights a week, and run at least four miles a week with my goldie.

I work as a Technical Architect for a major brokerage firm in St. Louis. I have been there almost 15 years, and love my job! I work a lot of hours, travel from time to time, but I found my home and this is where I will retire from. As far as career goals go. I am there. It's just finding that special someone to share some time with. I am financially stable, and looking for a best friend before anything else.

My ultimate goal is to find someone that I can make a difference in their life, and they can do the same for me. I have been divorced for three years now and have a lot of great friends, it's just that I have not found that special someone. I am very content with life and love it to the fullest!

I am looking for someone that has a great sense of humor, outgoing, not into drugs or other co-dependencies, and has "old school" values, likes to keep in shape, and loves just doing things at the last minute. I think in order to be able to live life to it's fullest you have to laugh every day, never go to bed angry since you may not wake up the next day, and lots of hugs.

Obviously animal lovers are a big plus with me.

Music, oh my, I have over 11,000 songs in my collection, you name it I have it, R&B, Hip Hop, Country, Rock, Classic Rock, Jazz, Classical, the list goes on and on, my IPOD is my best friend! LOL.

The first date... hmmm... Definately not a movie, how can you get to know someone staring at a screen and not able to talk. LOL.

I would say the perfect first date would be a nice quiet resturant, Cunnetos on the Hill, Iron Barley off Virginia (if you've never been there it's a MUST go place!) Just a place to talk and to get to know someone, other options, a walk in a nice park, sitting on a picnic bench with a good bottle of wine, having good conversation.

In closing.. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.
