Are you socially conscious and concerned about the environment? Open to fostering/adopting/having kids sometime in the future? Love being/hiking in the outdoors (without having to use a quad/monster truck/dirtbike/etc.)? Competent at handling your own emotions in a healthy way? Comfortable with and accepting of people who have a different colour/religion/sexual orientation than you?

I think I hear crickets....but here's more about me, just in case...

I'm very interested in building a respectful, communicative, fun, meaningful relationship with someone before it evolves into something physical. I'm not a prude or old-fashioned by any means, but I'm certainly not looking to score or attract anyone who is looking for something superficial.

I love camping and hiking in the mountains...Jasper is one of my favourite places on Earth, but the past couple summers I've spent some time camping in the Yukon and NWT, which was equally gorgeous.

I love to read quality fiction, but if I'm to be honest, I also have a weakness for the trashy mags in the checkout line.

I have two big dogs that shed everywhere and tie me down but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I love walking them and it's nice to have something to get me outside, even on chilly days. A human form of that would be wonderful too.

And even though my life is wonderful, I'm looking forward to the day when I can share some/all of the above perspectives and activities with someone I really care about.
