Ever have the urge to scream, "he's got a gun!" in line at the airport? Yeah, me neither. I am a PhD student at UC Berkeley. My research involves modeling vegetation shifts in response to climate change and land use change...but yeah, this isn't a resume.

I have a difficult time filling out forms with sections like "Interests." I'm moderately interested in a great many things. I appreciate art and enjoy art museums but I certainly wouldn't call myself well versed in the subject. Do I get to count that as an interest? Reading, politics, movies, music, dancing, theater, fashion and technology are all interests that I would worry about listing for one reason or another.

I'm very extroverted so going out frequently and having a large group of friends is important to me. I'm a lot nerdier than one would guess upon first meeting me. I have few regrets and try to live my life in a way that will keep the list as short as possible. I have 2 12 year old cats named Mulder and Scully.

I prefer men who are more on the metro side so if you're the hulking sort who likes to shoot stuff or a big sports fan with a signed baseball encased in plastic on your coffee table, the stars predict that there are those better suited.
