I'm the first to admit that writing about myself (selling myself) seems strange outside of a job interview. I enjoy trying new things especially the outdoors. I can also appreciate listening to the rain hitting the window stretched out in front of the fireplace. I like museums, art galleries, carnivals, and festivals. I love wine tasting and a cozy bed and breakfast. I like target shooting but don't hunt. I am a fierce friend to my friends. And work as hard as I play.

You wont find a more sincere listening ear. I am a generous when friends and sometimes strangers are in need. I am adept outdoors, and know my way around most anything mechanical. I believe myself to be an excellent parent. And I have the best hugs in the world... really, test me ;)
I love spontaneously eating at small restaurants or pubs on a night out and exploring the city's culture. I like breakfast for dinner. I choose sushi over a buffet. I prefer coffee (lots of really good coffee) to tea. But I do like tea. I crave chocolate, red wine, and strange cheese. My friends say I'm a beer snob, and they might be right.

I enjoy fiction and non-, thrillers and sci-fi, and sometimes listen to audiobooks on my way to work.

I will see a movie about once a month. I like the theater and stage. My musical tastes vary greatly. My favorites would include: Alice In Chains, Beck, Bob Marley, Cage The Elephant, Candlebox, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, NIN, Nirvana, A Perfect Circle, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tenatious D, Tool, The White Stripes...

I'd be pretty open to anything but a movie or somewhere too loud to have a conversation. Perhaps a walk downtown, or coffee shop...
