I am a chef by trade and a musician/freelance recording engineer too. I haven't done too much of the latter these days, as cooking takes most of my time.

I'm kind of a "list in my mind" person. Sometimes said list makes to paper or to my computer. I have a startlingly good memory. I am also polite to strangers, waitstaff, Tom Skilling and my somewhat crazy neighbor.I have a "Morrisey" shirt-it has a lot of polka dots on it. It is the greatest shirt you will ever see or I will buy you a cup of coffee at Burger King®.
