My name is Courtney and to describe myself would take much more room than POF allows. I'm currently in school for Court Reporting and am looking forward to using that to gain my CART certification which will allow me to work with deaf and blind students in school. I LOVE to laugh, and find humor in some of life's oddest situations. I watch the same comedies on a regular basis and ALWAYS laugh, and quote them regularly. But nothing is really better than an amazing book. I'm currently obsesses with Christopher Moore, but Jodi Picoult is my all time favorite of all time. A good concert leaves me feeling complete; I love finding songs that bring meaning and clarity to my life or situations. Lyrics have an amazing way of bringing horrible situations into focus and help you over come the greatest challenges. I love going to the canal and just walking around people watching. It's a great way to meet new people, even if just for that moment. Baseball is my life from April till October. If you don't love the teams I love, that's ok, as long as you don't love the Yankees. I'll watch just about any sport as long as it's with people I love spending time with, friends or otherwise.
I've had a few heart breaks, but really who hasn't? They haven't ruined my search for someone that truly wants to appreciate who I am and wants me to appreciate all they offer. I have a huge heart; it's a blessing and a curse. Not looking for marriage, just looking for opportunities who are truly in it with no strings. Those just get tangled.

First date? Well, that's all relative. The traditional dinner (NOT fast food), possibly some sinful desert and a stroll down the canal or even a movie, maybe a concert would be just great to me.
