"When you talk to her, you feel like she really hears you" is a recent compliment about me, that was passed on to me. I am a woman of many interests. I like to find joy in life. My family and my faith are important to me. Discovering the beauties and wonders of the natural world as well as those of human creation, is very exciting. For example, Yellowstone park is one of my favorite places in the world, and I'd love to spend some time in the Smoky Mountains. I also enjoy historical places, including museums. Finding a kind, confident, trustworthy man to share in some of these joys, would be wonderful. My work involves listening and teaching, and my goals include helping people to help themselves to be their healthiest. I enjoy most kinds of music, including, but not limited to: oldies, contemporary Christian, country, classical, soft rock, even a tad of jazz. I like to dance, take long walks, cook, read, play cards or board games, ride my bicycle, watch good movies, and study the Word (especially with others). My personal level of social drinking is one drink, usually on very special occasions (i.e. weddings.) I don't have a problem with others who imbibe more, or less. I enjoy watching the Steelers and, also the Pens. I look forward to expanding my interests through a new relationship. My eyes can really twinkle, when I smile, and I love to smile!

A first meeting in a restaurant or coffee shop to talk, listen, and explore possibilities would be welcome. Then, a "first date" could include any of these: a walk in a park, a light meal, dancing, a movie, playing cards or games with friends, looking for constellations, or some new adventure I have hardly imagined....(NOT intended to imply bedroom-type activities - I'm talking first date, here! LOL). I am currently taking things slowly, until my divorce is final, but my ultimate goal is a long-term monogamous relationship.
