I enjoy music, outdoors, indoors, creative minds and personalities. I typically prefer an outgoing woman, with a backbone (no jelly fish) and a good sense of humor, that's important. Oh, enjoyment and desire for intimacy and passion with a man is a must, there needs to be some heat in the furnace.

I work hard and I'm focused on my career right now. I'd expect an eventual longterm parter to work hard as well, at whatever she may wish to do. Sometimes I play hard too, sometimes I just relax, and sometimes I do fun adventerous and spontaneous things, and it would be nice to have a great woman to enjoy these moments. I appreciate a woman that's comfortable in her own skin, wants true companionship, but isn't desperate for it.

My favorite bands are somewhat unusual but I recommend listening to them if you haven't before - Ween, Meatpuppets, Beck, Pink Floyd, Monster Magnet, Clutch, Cake, Johhny Cash, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Morphine, and anything Les Claypool has ever done, and many more.

I can't really predict or describe a first date. The two party's involved just need to meet and see if sparks fly. It's really what you make of it, show up with a good attitiude and if you don't hit it off at least enjoy the company, the food, the evening.
