I've been in the New York City area for over 3 years now, and I can't imagine living anywhere else. Before NYC, I lived in Melbourne, Australia for a year and a half. It was my way of making up for never taking advantage of study abroad programs throughout school!

I'm a morning person. I'll choose dark over light beer any day, burgers are my favorite food, and brunch is my favorite meal. My latest quest is to find the best bloody mary in NYC (any suggestions welcome!). I love a good sports game. Baseball is my favorite, and I'm a huge Yankees fan. But don't let that bother you, I get along well with all baseball fans (yes, even the red sox fans!). This is mostly due to the fact that I am a TERRIBLE trash talker, and I just want a good game. If the TV is on, it's either on the Daily Show, Scrubs, Sports Center, or baseball. I cook, a lot. I have a (slightly) sarcastic sense of humor. I can't help but laugh at cheesy moments in movies, or even in the real world. I'm running my second marathon in the spring, and my only goal is to cross the finish line.

I'm very open-minded about meeting people, and don't have a particular "type". That said, if you are motivated, have an adventurous side, open-minded, confident, and happy with life, we just might get along. And extra points if you know who said the quote above.
