I'm a New Zealander new to the US and am working here having been in Europe for most of the year.
I am looking to meet easy going, fun, funny, spontaneous, open minded, intelligent people who are out to enjoy life and make the most of the short time we have. No expectations, just want to meet genuine unpretentious people. I am a friendly person and my friends and family are very important to me.
I love to go out, meet people, have great food and great wine. A good boogie on the dancefloor never goes astray. Staying in by a fire with rain on the roof and a glass of red watching a movie is another superb way of spending a night. I love talking to people, hearing about old, new, weird and whacky things. I love love love animals, but not enough to dress them up in outfits and carry them everywhere i go. I love the beach!
I am independent and old enough and wise enough to know I deserve to be treated well, I treat people how I want to be treated, it's not difficult. I'm told I have a quirky personality and a glass half full attitude.I hate confrontation (but am not a push over),I don't get jealous(so don't bother trying)I don't like control freaks or cling ons. I like kind respectful people who are down to earth. I like nice things and going nice places, but it is not the be all and end all. Happiness and health and the company you keep are where it's at!
