Hello, my name is John. I was born and raised in Harrison Twp. I grew up on the water (Lake St. Clair) and every time I leave, I find it drawing me back. I have a lot of great friends here, which makes for a very fun and busy life. Unfortunately, between my career and after work fun, I have not been able to find the right girl yet which brings me here to try something new.

I went to Central Michigan University (Mt. Pleasant) and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Tech. My work is very demanding and requires me to travel once in a while. I actually enjoy that part; the part I really don't like is that I work with all guys. This makes it very hard to find someone unless you go to the bar. Since I've never been married and do not have any kids, you can probably guess that this has not worked well for me in the past. It's not that I don't meet people, it's just that with my busy life, I haven't found a girl that grabs my attention. Can you grab my attention? I've dated girls that like to party and girls who really enjoy to stay home. I really hope to find a girl somewhere in the middle.

First date..... Hmmmm, I'm thinking the best first date for someone I met on this site would be going to the most boring place on earth (Maybe a Lions game!) to see if we could still have a good time together. Then we could have a real first date.
