1)I am fairly passionate about most of what I do. I thoroughly enjoy building things, generally out of metal (for example, I have built most of my own furniture). I love mountain sports and adventures. Skiing rocks. I like to read quite a bit and lately I have been on an Isaac Asimov binge. Do you enjoy the great outdoors? You do? Awesome, it sounds like we have something in common already!

2) Well, presently I am returning to school in January to finish the science degree I started since I am quite tired of working in the trades. I aspire to one day climb Everest and obtain my pilot's license (not at the same time). Those are fairly expensive goals so I had best continue my career! Are you career oriented? Do you get annoyed when people say "orientated"? If so, we might enjoy nice conversations.

3) I enjoy adventure and living life to it's fullest. That being said, I also enjoy working hard in life and building a strong foundation. I also like to laugh my a$$ off. So there's fun Chris and serious Chris, and both have their time and place. I don't think that really makes me unique because a great many people are like that. What does make me unique is 100% honesty. I will never lie to you, attempt to hide things from you, cheat on you or deceive you. I feel that honesty is incredibly important for any level of trust to exist between two people and I hold myself to a very high standard. Something else that makes me unique is my artistic talent. I love to create thought provoking art and it helps me release a lot of tension.

4) Music is pretty cool. A few names that come to mind are The Beatles, Greenday, and pretty much any classic rock and anything from the 90's grunge movement. Do you like the Beatles? I like them quite a bit. Does it seem like a robot is writing this? I've been reading some of Churchill's work lately and his writing is very mechanical and factual although in person he was a witty **stard.

Woman to Churchill: "You sir, are drunk!"

Churchill to Woman: "Yes, and you are ugly. But in the morning, I'll be sober."

I should stress that insulting people whether you are drunk or not isn't ok. Unless you're Churchill because we all know that guy pwned the battle of Britain. Yes, I know, history is written by the victors but I still have a hetero man crush on Churchill. And Brad Pitt but please don't tell anyone, he just has so much attitude. Well his characters do, anyway.

5) What I am looking for: I am looking for no pressure dating with maybe the potential of leading to something more. I would like you to be a positive person, open minded, and energetic. I would like you to be female and somewhere near my age. I would like you to have a sense of humour and at least tolerate bad puns. Most of all, I would like you to like me, and vice versa. Oh yeah, I have a cat so you should probably like animals as well because he ROCKS! Seriously, he'll sit in a chair like a human would. I think he likes to show off his fluffy belly.

I am still friends with most of my ex girlfriends. I mean, we don't hang out all the time but we are certainly on friendly terms. That must be a good thing, right?

Let's be honest; Since I am meeting you for the first time in person off the internet, our first date will probably be something low key. Like coffee or tea in a well lit public place. I'd say it would be more like a pre-date than anything. If we decide we like eachother and it isn't too awkward(let's face it, meeting for the first time in person is going to be awkward regardless) then we can go on a second date and the fun really begins! We could go to the amusement park or roller disco! We could go for a walk in the park and then rock climbing! We could help greenpeace stop Japanese whaling on the high sea! Hmmm....maybe exotic trips to far off destinations to protest evil could be more of a 4th or 5th date kind of thing. It's tough to say exactly what we would do for a first date but I would certainly gauge your interests and come up with a novel idea. I look forward to hearing from you!
