I'm a very open and honest women. I consider myself intelligent and funny and easy to talk to. I'm happy in company and on my own and in any type of environment from a formal dinner/event to crawling about on my hands and knees putting the tent up! I enjoy good conversation and love to laugh. I would say I'm a 'glass half full' kind of woman and very happy in my life. I take people very much at face value and have respect for all people until they do something that suggest it wasn't deserved.

I look for somebody who is warm and friendly, equally open and honest, funny, intelligent and very communicative. If there are problems to be discussed, I'd rather discuss them - I hate people who brood and sulk as I don't do either.

I'm a strong and independent woman and look for somebody who is probably quite dominant and confident in their life.

I'm pretty tall at 5'9" and even taller with high heels so will always gravitate to men taller than myself, apologies if its 'heightist' but its lovely to look up at somebody rather than down. I think I need to be a little clearer here - in average heels I'm 6ft tall so can't see myself dating anybody who isn't at least that height. I also have a preference for stock, solid body types over long and lean.

I have twin boys aged 14 who live half the week with me - they are great fun and I love them to bits, but its sooo nice to get lots of lovely time to myself these days too.

I often look at profiles but rarely write directly .. I guess I can be a little old fashioned and still like a man to make the first move! I'm a modern woman but do love a man who will still open a door for me and help me on with my coat.
