I'm relatively easy going. I'm smart, kind and kinda funny. And I have sense of adventure and whimsy, sometimes at the same time.

I truly believe life is not a dress rehearsal and it's never too late to learn something new. I also believe that she who ends this journey with the most stories and the most true friends wins.

For those of you who prefer a list here are a few examples...
-I try new things for no better reason than to try them. (I did a triathlon because my friend invited me.)
-I like to learn and will risk embarrasment to do so. I was the 30 year old beginning piano student doing recitals with the 8 year olds.
-I appreciate both classy and cheesy entertainment.
-I read.
-I cook...well.
-I'll order a steak over a salad or a sensible piece of fish...sometimes even at lunch.
-I love travelling to places both near and far. And I believe that no trip should require more than one "reasonably" sized suitcase.
-I smile and laugh as often as possible.
-I love my family and friends with loyalty and abandon.
-Last, but not least, I am a major dog lover. If you meet me you will hear a bit about Sophie, my mutt. She's allowed on the couch but not the bed...you have to draw the line somewhere.
