I am a self made person who fights his own battles-reaps his own rewards-and who finds pride in a grand defeat over an small petty win. I love to write and to express myself-and tends to portray myself as the "Dark" one with a heart of "Light". I am proud and would rather be a "loner" rather than run amuck those who are not on the same page as I am.

I can easily go against the crowd if what I believe in is an issue. I don't lie , use gimmicks, or dramatically beat my chest to gain the attention of women because women who fall for that will fall for pretty much anyone at any given time-even whilst with me. I am the ultimate "individual"-and I have paid the price to be that unique individual. Therefore this what I say isn't so simply because I say that it is. To be unique-one has had to pay a price somewhere in their life to have become unlike most others...

...But let me tell you-being "unique" is most of the time no fun.

I am a writer (non practicing at the moment)-I have an imagination that is off the charts-and is planning on gearing up to go into the novel writing business

People usually notice that what you see isn't always what you get.
I'm not very photogenic and and many times I can look totally "not me" in pictures.
I tend to change appearances on a whim-and add or drop 50 pounds within a 90 day period...
People generally notice that I am well spoken-but in no way a stiff-you know the type correcting other people in the way that they talk-and crazy stuff like that-not me. Most people who expect me to act "black" say that they thought I was "white" at first when talking to me by phone. That is not something I try for-I am a proud black man-but I am also-above everything else-"me"-and do not really regard women who date me for simply being black...

I am more often than not-very nice and very respectful of people. I don't mind if people do not respect me-so long as they do not disrespect me. Yes-I am a nice person-but I can also become nice and pissed off. I am very gracious and many times accommodating but if that is abused I will pull a full 180 in terms of how nice I am. Nice people always remember that they never have problems with me-even those who may have disagreed with me-not so nice people generally always remember how I went from being such a wonderful person to "otherwise" in 0-6 seconds flat. If you are a lady-I will treat you like one. If you are not then expect to be treated unladylike. These are modern times-and if you wish to be treated equally-then one has the equal opportunity to be ready to face the consequences of acting ridiculous (and no those consequenses are not physical). There will be no double edged sword either for or against me. You cannot yell "equality" one moment then say "but I am a woman" the next.


I love Hamburgers-in fact I am thinking about one now. Nice and brown-sizzling-with just a lil pink in the middle. I love cheese (oh really I do)...I happen to be a "cat" when it comes to fish. I love bear batter fish and chips-with lots of tarter sauce. My "drink" is unusual-I like wine and orange juice. I don't know why-I just do...I like it.

My favorite movie is...You'll have to get back to me about that.
Musically-I am very eccentric. I will listen to rap-rock-country-reggae-techno-and anything else out there AS LONG AS I LIKE THE INDIVIDUAL SONG. I like songs not really specific types of music. Just like people-I won't say that I like Hispanics-or Whites-or Blacks-because it depends largely on the individual. I am not into "types"-or the philosophy that you MUST be like me (or vice versa) in order to get along. That is a fallacy. I am into that individual person that I care for-no matter the type. Two people can be very different and have little in common as long as they are willing to accept and learn about the other's interest.

I love college football-because anything can happen each week (and it usually does).
My Alma mater is The Ohio State University (The most hated Football Program on Earth). Win or lose-I am a Buckeye-and always will be. I don't mind if others love 2 or 3 or ten different teams (which I don't understand-how can you be loyal to more than one team in one leauge?)-I only have a loyalty to one-and one only. No matter what...
You can transfer that personality trait to more valid things in life: i.e.-that is how I am with a significant other-"win or lose" I will stick by her.
No bandwagon jumping for me-for the next "hot chick" that comes a long.

There aren't many things that I can't do without-but I guess I do realize the Romanticism of asking myself this question.
-I cannot do without my Isuzu Enemigo semi convertible. I love my car-and I love to work on it-and try to make it "faster". I had never been a "guy with a car"-but...things can change.
-I cannot do without The Ohio State Buckeyes-I mentioned them earlier.
-I cannot do without my sense of humor. It can range from the clever to the ridiculous.
-I cannot do without going to the "Center" where I devote 2 and a half hours of my time per day with mentally delayed adults. And no-I don't do this to feel a sense of "reward"-I do it because I like it-and they are my friends.
-Apparently, I cannot do without writing a book-even when I can get away with a sentence or two.

I think a lot about this-what "I" want in a lady: I am looking for a lady that knows what she wants-and is not indecisive. I want a "lady" who will wait for the right person. I want a "lady" who communicates and has a good sense of humor. I am looking for a lady who is looking for a person who is in moderately good shape (former college athlete-with a few extra pounds)-and a professional (Educator). I am looking for a lady who looks as good on the inside as she does on the outside. I am looking for a lady who is different. And no-I do not mean every other profile that "says" that they are different-I really do mean different...You know who you are...

You know how it is-everyone in these ads say that they like to laugh and want someone who likes to laugh--People have to say that?-WHO THE HELL HATES TO LAUGH??????
