I'm a guy that enjoys the simple pleasures in life. My hobbies include traveling - usually to Rocky Point, Mexico, cooking and listening to Talk Radio and music. I love Jazz and Dance music especially.
Occasionally, & don't laugh, I enjoy listening to "elevator" music - although I'm grateful I don't have to stand in one all the time to enjoy it! :o)
I was born and raised in Chicago & relocated to Phoenix with my late wife in '97. I have been widowed for 10 years & we were expecting twins when she died. It was & on some holidays something very difficult to deal with, but I just take it one day at a time.
I don't claim to be an expert or professional when it comes to talking to women. In fact, I'm probably too shy to try in most cases. Once I do get to know someone & start talking, you will find that I warm up quickly.
I am not a complicated person to figure out. I've even been told by one girl that "you're too normal for me". Is there such a thing?!! I'm wondering now....
What I'm looking for in a woman is 2 things: Honesty & Communication of which without either, a relationship is doomed from the start. I'm also NOT one of those "meat headed" jerks that look for physical perfection or rate women on some ridiculous score card system (you know the one - is she an 8, 9, or 10). That's just plain crazy! Lastly just be yourself - no matter how weird you think you may be. :o)
UPDATE: I am currently working on a weight loss program and in just 10 months, I've lost about 110 lbs. It's the last pic on my profile. Have more to go so wish me luck!!
