I'm single, active and very energetic but at the same time really enjoy my down time. I keep as busy or quiet as I want to be. I have a job that i really love and very rarely dread getting up and going to work. I enjoy going out to dinner or for a drink with friends, listening to music and letting loose from time to time. My family is a major part of my life and fortunatly get to spend good quality time on a regular basis. I'm still very young at heart therfore work at keeping myself in shape physically and mentally. Although single, independent and pretty secure it is difficult to meet someone as i still have the old school mentality. What happened to striking up conversation and the guy asking "hey, would you like to go out?"

Hmmm......not sure exactly what is being looked for here.....if a guy is interested in taking me out and getting to know me, then I think he should decide how he'd like to accomplish that. A simple, easy going get together gets my vote.
