I'm really new to this online dating so here it goes I guess....

I'm currently a senior in college trying to get into Grad School right now. I'm very determined when it comes to my career but I know I wouldn't be where I am today without the support of my family and friends.

I love so many things so I'll try to keep this short. I really love learning new things...I have a huge travel bug and love archaeology. I also enjoy staying indoors in watching movies. I consider myself a dork because although chick flicks are ok, I'd prefer Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, etc. any day. I'm really into crime shows like Law & Order, CSI, and I LOVE Dexter. I'm also really into sports (especially soccer)and am the type of girl who doesn't mind staying in and catching game. I also love music and will listen to just about anything especially classical. I use to play violin and if had the time, would love to start playing again.

I also like to read especially anything involving history. I'm a Political Science major and like to watch CNN/MSNBC/etc...I study political science but ever since I was a kid, I've had a love of government and it's always fascinated me. I found something I love and regardless of money or fame, I'm going to hold onto that.

I enjoy learning new languages--I'm working on Arabic and Russian right now.I tend to study multiple at one time but hope to learn as many as possible.

I also try to live by the quote, "you accept the love you think you deserve" (from the novel, "Perks of Being a Wallflower") so to be short---I hold myself to a very high regard and whoever I date, I hold to that same standard and would like to be treated the way you want to be treated....I believe everyone deserves a certain level of respect as a human but the rest you earn.

as for my ideal guy: I'm big on intelligence and ambition. You don't have to be a genius to have a perspective on the world around you and ambition doesn't mean you should strive to be CEO of a Fortune 500 company. I realized a long time that someone simply trying to be the best person possible (someone of integrity, etc.) will due just fine.
