Hello fellow fishers,
I'm the essential good guy without the straight edge...there I said it; dont run away yet - I didn't say always! Life is good for me but missing a partner-in-crime to share the fun.
I have lived on a couple of continents and held many jobs/careers; change is usually good for me and expect to see more of it. I believe that exercise, the outdoors, education and creativity are gifts that should never be taken for granted. I prefer time-off and experiences to money, probably because I do not get enough down-time and gave up wayyyy too much for my career in the past.
In terms of humour; satire, sarcasm, edgy humour, absurdity and zingers are golden. Cruelty and bigotry is not. Too PC is also a turn-off.
I am a keen thinker and love thought-provoking conversation, seeking out those who own their own mind and can string a sentence together without the word 'like'.
Gaining assets as a barometer of success in life seems unimaginative; I have a good career and my own home, its just that my goal isn't about living in the burbs being a corporate drone in order to afford stuff. There's a lot to be said for living simply and I would love to design and build a place for my family one day, where food could be grown, kids and animals would roam, music could be loud and heard as often as laughter....
If you are open-minded, dig live music but can hit a rave too, romantic at heart, jumps in puddles in yer dress, loves to cook and be cooked for, can swig or sip depending on the company, is whip-smart and is no fool, then we should talk.If you have an active or creative side we will get along nicely.
