I like to take walks in nice weather and enjoy beautiful scenery. Would like to travel more if I had a travel companion. There is so much to see and enjoy in this world. I enjoy reading a good book and discussing it with someone who also likes to read. I like good movies (last one I saw was "Blindside"), karaoke, playing cards, bowling, dancing, good concerts (last one I saw was "Kenny Wayne Sheppard" blues/rock). I like most kinds of music. Favorite is jazz, then rock, blues, classical, oldies.

A good first date would be: (A) meeting for coffee or lunch at a mall restaurant. If things go well, perhaps moving on to a movie or taking a walk in the mall and/or discussing the movie over a beverage. OR (B) meet in a historic area at a quiet, quaint restaurant and take a walk afterwards or go dancing.
