I have owned my own business ince 2004 so I stay busy with that. I have been raising my now 16 yr old daughter alone since 1999. I am independent and ambitious and would like to meet someone that also has those qualities. I really like to just goof off and have fun doing just about anything. I love to laugh and it is really important t me that my mate have a good sense of humor! He must also be emotionally and financially stable. I don't want to be anyone's mother. Someone who like to travel, even just weekends, would be great. I love to just take off whenever I can. I am very versitile as far as I can hang out with the boys and watch football or go to a nice dress up dinner party. I like to mingle. I also enjoy my private time. I do need my space so you would never have to worry about being smothered by me.

Actually I think the first date should be more of a short meeting in a public but quiet place. Once you know there is a connection of some sort the second date could be something longer like dinner and a movie or a picnic & a walk.
