Thanks for going beyond the picture.. I consider myself a work in progress. Farmers markets as my weekly ritual hangout. I may ask you to meet me at one on our first date. I like the colors of fresh fruit and vegetables. If that doesn't work, let's try a road trip. I have been on many myself. In fact I have been to all fifty states and 30 countries . Lots of stories to tell and still lots of places to go. I am passionate about issues of the day. I'll still like you if we disagree. I practice my faith (I'm Roman Catholic) and I promise not to try to convert you. (they stopped giving up points for bringing in converts). I like to chat and try to solve the world's problems with you. I have two lovely daughters ages 16 and 14. I do all possible to embarrass them. They live with me part time so I have some evenings for playdates. One last thing: My journey has had a lot of bumps. I would be happy to pull over for awhile with a caring companion and just take in the view. I'm a loving guy looking for a companion capable and willing to accept that love. Our circumstances and and needs will bring us together, our virtue will hold us so. Thanks for reading.

Simple assignment: I find a farmers market or a hole in the wall serving great food. (extra points if you find it). Great gab and great eats. Then I forget to ask you something and it becomes a great excuse to see you again. LOL

Can you keep a secret? My ideal date is with a jean clad lady with a cowboy hat & boots. She drives a 3/4ton pick up-the ones that are about 4'high from the floor.We travel some backroads and talk about life. I discover she listens to NPR on her truck radio. We take a long drive in the central valley on county roads (those that parallel hwy 99.) We stop at a bar/restaurant, that plays only country western. We slow dance to country western music. It's a secret so don;t trade in your Prius or any other fuel efficient car.
