New to Sac. I received a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Davis. I am working for a bit before I head off to grad school. I have a passion for teaching and plan to make a career out of that and research. My number one goal is to be anything but mediocre. I want to live the atypical lifestyle. I love to travel and love to chat with others who have done so. Just recently went on a crazy trip across Europe that shifted my perspective on many things. I visited Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, and the Czech Republic. It is fun just to walk around a city and see what sights you might find. Did a lot of this in SF over the summer. I like to see working class neighborhoods like where my grandmother lived. I like going out in general. Can't stay in the house all the time. I like to hang out in Old Sacramento. Like to venture out further too. I am looking to plan a trip to North Carolina.

As far as music goes I like many genres. Nineties songs are often at the top of my play-list. Lately, I have given Kings of Leon a lot of play. I am a huge music lover and it is always nice to find someone who shares that passion.

The stereotypical dinner and a movie routine is out of the question. I feel that is played out. The first date actually would depend on the woman I was talking to. It could be a nice trip to the Academy of Sciences or as simple as playing Frisbee. I am thinking the Zoo might be a good time. The first date really depends on the given person and how our energy is.
