Did four years of technical school(associated Builders And Contractors,Florida)That is my Smarts as they put it.(Hobbies)I really like to travel on the Harley or go to different places to work(Florida in the winter).I love warm days in Florida boating (Swanee river or Wiki Watchee)Jet skis are great also. (Goals) More rental properties,to find a lady who wants to help and have fun working together. I have a talent for getting things done and get great satisfaction out of that(good organizational skills) I would one day like to work one of the hurricane clean-ups. I like meeting people of all kinds. I love my career and like being self-employed. I have one son who is 17 and lives with his mom in Central Florida.

(First Date)Easy, Harley ride in the mountains of Georgia. Big weekend rides. Stopping at different lookouts and talking. Going to different restaurants on the way(weather permitting). If weather is not good, coffee at a restaurant is always good for a first date. I love to pamper, but casually. I always like a fire on a cold night, conversation is always good there with friends. Also really enjoy a great funny movie (Jim Carry, Chevy Chase, Steve Martin, Uncle Buck, Airplane.) I also like to dance a lot with the right lady and love a good band.
