Well, here I am. I am a very laid back easy going guy. I do my best these days to be honest with myself and open with others. I am a child at heart, and sometimes I find myself amazed by the simplest of things in life. Entertaing myself isn't usually a problem. :) Laughing is my absolute favorite thing to do.

I have been an avid video gaming dork since birth. I like good board games and card games too. For some reason I enjoy the competition, and I'll pretend I'm good at it even if I have no idea what I'm doing. Its just fun to play, and if you can give me a challenge, bring it on. My newest hobby though is writing. I'm finding out that I really like to do it. I'm hoping to return to school very soon to get a degree in some form of it. Its fun and I can be as random and creative as I want to be, and still find some meaning in it.

I love listening to most kinds of music, 99.9 KISW and 104.9 FunkyMonkey are my favorite stations. I'll enjoy almost anything if its got a guitar in it. I am trying to branch out and discover new bands/music. So hard to only list a few bands I like but here goes: Adelitas Way, All Time Low, All That Remains, Audioslave, Breaking Benjamin, The Crystal Method, Fall Out Boy, Flyleaf, Foo Fighters, The Fray, Good Charlotte, Green Day, Hinder, Hollywood Undead, Linkin Park, Nickel Creek, Papa Roach, Paramore, Rev Theory, Saving Abel, Seether, Sugarcult, Theory of a Deadman, Three Days Grace.

I love movies too, espcecially going to a theater. Something about those seats I think. Zombieland was awesome. I'd have to say my favorite genre is a tie between action or comedy. Maybe a good drama. I have alot of DVD's, but probably not as many as I really think. A few favorites from my collection are: Cars, Coraline, The Dark Knight, Enemy at the Gates, Friday Night Lights, Gone in 60 Seconds, Happy Gilmore, Just Friends, The Matrix, Serenity, Speed Racer, Star Trek '09. Those are just some that I have, I like way too many movies to think of em all. Odds are though, if there's a movie out there that is a "must see" or "classic" I haven't seen it. For example, Fight Club. Nobody believes me when I tell them I haven't seen it.

Those are just some of my interests and all. For the most part, I really just want to get out more. I want to experience the new in life and find people to have a good time with. I like to smile and I need to do more of that these days. I consider myself to be a good listener, and once I can break through that stupid shyness of mine, I love to tell good stories about myself, even if they're embarassing. I just want to start some good friendships, what happens from there is entirely open.

I am open for anything usually. A place to talk, get to know each other, and share stories would be perfect. Either good restaurant, bar, coffee place, or maybe something fun like pool or bowling. Lets see where things go.
