I enjoy swimming, biking, hiking, visiting botanical gardens (e.g., Brookside Gardens). I like listening to live music, which can include rock, jazz, blues, classical, and some opera. I sing in a church choir.

I consider myself a shy person, but my friends don't think so.

My goals right now are to get promoted at work to journal supervisor; transition from singing alto to soprano in the choir; and find some volunteer work that is true to my energy/nature conservation ideals.

I am looking for a man who is educated, self-sufficient, and confident.

Probably going to a museum or a cafe would be good for a first date. Kramer Books & Afterwords is nice.
