I'm kinda crazy, but in a good way. I'm really passionate about the things I love. I've had tons of amazing experiences so far in my life and I sense that that's going to continue. I come from an awesome family and I have 3 brothers who I'm really close to. I grew up on a lake in New York State doing all kinds of insane things. I've lived in several diffferent countries (Italy, Spain, Australia, Denmark, Poland...) teaching English, teaching scuba diving, bar tending.... whatever I could to stay where I was or move on to a new place. Now I'm pretty well settled but I still travel as much as possible.
I take really good care of myself and the person I'm with. I go to the gym and I feel that it's important to be fit, but I don't overdo it.
I love to go out for a drink or three once in a while. I prefer smaller places and lounges with some lo-fi where we can talk. I listen to a lot of music... from the Cehmical Brothers to Cowboy Junkies, GusGus to Bob Seger, David Bowie to Styx, The Cars to Toto and all that cheesy 80's stuff!. I love cafes and getting lost in book stores.
I love biking, sailing and scuba diving... moving without sound with only the wind, gravity or my own energy propelling me. I go mountain biking as often as possible and that's my favorite "me" time.
I love to read and I'm always in the middle of a book. I find that it gives another dimesion to daily life.
I think it's only realistic to approach this as a possible friendship and if there's a mutual attraction then it may go further... friendship is the basis for any lasting relationship.
I don't like to carry on a long e-mail correspondence, exchanging a couple messages to communicate some ideas and then meeting face to face is ideal.
BTW. I'm a lover, not a fighter. But I'm also a fighter, so don't get any ideas;O

First date, simple: coffee or a drink so we can chat and get to know one another a bit. That way if there's no connection we don't have to waste one another's time. Second date... dinner, drinks, dancing...
