A walk in a dark alley or forest(not to be taken seriously if you are a paranoid freek .....please ignore)............Now seriously a walk in a consevation area,feed some birds,chipmunks, with a coffee or hot chocolate for ourselves .And if all goes well be spontanious ..........whatever!!
