Being recently retired from health care financial aspects, I am doing those things I put off “until later” like fishing, lunch with friends, making new friends, taking some trips, going to Balboa Park, teaching & taking classes for continuing self improvement, catching up on my pleasure reading, playing with my dogs, etc. In short, enjoying life to its fullest.
At the present time I am doing a lot of police volunteering. I belong to RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Patrol) & Crisis Intervention. This is a very enjoyable & inspiring way to spend some of my “extra” time……
I am busy, but would certainly make the time for right man.
An important quality I am looking for in a companion would be the ability to enjoy & share the simple things in life without making every event a big project. When a idea to do something is formed, just doing what feels right without making sure every small detail is in the right order. Not being controlling—just enjoying!
