I have lived 57 years...have done and seen a lot. I have been responsible, reserved and a good role model for my children working as a registered nurse for 34 years. They are grown and doing well. I am, now, trying to embrace the more creative side of myself (check out my artwork...). I find I am drawn to people who are smart, successful and think for themselves, have depth, don't necessarily follow the status quo, and have a slightly warped sense of humor. If you can make me laugh I could be yours. I am tolerant of differences, embrace diversity, have a fairly broad view of the world and think age is relative. My personal style is direct, casual, youthful, sensual, and open. I work hard, believe in taking care of myself, and am self-sufficient. I am a loyal, devoted friend and family member. Monogamy and comittment are important and I would love to remarry someday. Life is short and should be lived fully. Looking for the real deal... a strong, sexy, confident, healthy, positive, creative man (or one who can appreciate the creative process) who is interested in a mutually caring relationship, is honest, kind and self-sufficient...must be a good mix of responsible and fun-loving. Like me, he would love the country but still have some urban interests (ex.cultural events, fine dining). Being open and communicative is very important. Hopefully, he would have some of his own interests and goals,be able to contribute his part financially to a secure retirement, have things to teach me and be family oriented. Being able to read and write well is always good,too. (duh...):)...looking for that sweetie!

For a first date, we might meet for coffee and then, go for a walk in the Japanese garden. Having dinner at an outside cafe would be fun with a walk in the city or at the waterfront later...and lots of talk and laughter.
