I guess it really boils down to a few things - a single half-Irish guy looking for the right girl. So far, I had zero luck, but made plenty of friends on here. I'm an alumni of Fresno Pacific University with a degree in history. I love to try new things - come on we only live once so why hold back? Punk music makes me feel so alive that I'm willing to try anything. Social Distortion is my favorite band - they are the greatest punk band IMO. But I'm not a close-minded idiot if you listen to something else. Although I love punk, I still think Taylor Swift is a hottie! Lame attempt at a joke there. On my time off you'll usually find me trying to find some sort of concert or club featuring a musician. Music is a powerful influence on my life. Without good music, life would be boring.

However, I do have a laid back attitude and am not serious all the time. I know when it's fun and games and then time to "be serious." We can't be serious all the time. As the English say "all work, no play makes a dull man" and I'm a firm believer in that statement. For the most part, I'm just a laid back guy who loves to hang out with his friends. I'm a huge Star Wars fan, but I'm not a absolute fanboy and I don't dress up like Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader. I'm a big Stargate fan too. Sure I may sound like a geek, but I like Sci-Fi.

I'm a non-judmental person except if you say something bad about the Red Sox. Just kidding. Another attempt at a joke. I'm pretty open-minded about anything. Material wealth means nothing to me - I really don't care if you're wealthy or dirt poor. I look for the character in a person not just the outer beauty. I have the aspirations to do post-graduate work when this economy turns around. I want to continue my education.
