The first date...hmmmm......... well, since this IS the internet and we are all concerned about our safety, security and well-being, I think that the first date should probably be one of the old tried and true ones. You know.... the totally unimaginative but relatively safe meeting at the local coffee house. The sizing up and figuring out if the second date is worthwhile. Actually, to me, the second date is even harder..... we both know a little bit about each other, but still not enough to feel secure. That does make it awkward. Darn those serial stalkers......!! But if it is meant to be then it gets worked out.
