I would describe myself as educated, outgoing, sociable, passionate, a liberal with a touch of conservative, philosophical, analytical, compassionate, and silly :) I get easily bored with people who arent interested in the world around them. I love good intelligent conversation!

I am serious when need be,... most other times,... I enjoy having a good laugh. Frequently at my own expense :) I need humour,.. both at work and during my down time. After all, laughter is supposed to be good for you :) Happy people live longer ... usually :p

I love Cuddling,... I am a self admitted cuddle monster (as in the cookie monster) :p I love holding hands while out for a walk,... and being affectionate. I dont have any issues with public shows of affection... as long as it appropriate,.. although, inappropriate can also be fun too :P

Portugal is my second home by blood and so I find myself there most summers,... I love travelling, hanging out in Barcelona, Amsterdam, London or Lisbon,... and most definitely,... lots of quality beach time,... swimming and enjoying the warmth of the sun (with a good sunblock) :p

My education is primarily in psychology,... did some counselling psychology,... worked in psychiatry for a number of years,... as well as a stint with program development for special needs. Today,... what pays my bills is something very different,... CAD and 3D. Go figure,... a Psych major working in a different field :)

I think psychology, philosophy, international politics, string theory,... are all really interesting subjects! While gossip, garden furniture, and gangrene are all really boring or just unfortunate topics for discussion :p

While living abroad I learned Norwegian. Saa, hvis du snakker norsk, dansk, eller svensk maa du si hei! :)

I love playing backgammon, chess, and poker (texas holdem - no limit).

I listen to a little bit of everything,... almost,... no country or rap.
