Looking for a long term relationship. Honesty, trust, friendship, Great intimacy, and someone who is goal oriented. Someone who is not on drugs, or a alcoholic, ect. I like walks on the beach, thunderstorms, cuddling on the couch and watching a good movie. Romantic dinners, flowers, cards, ect.I think that you know, right off if you are attracted to someone, and get that feeling that connects you to another person. In hard times and good times you stand together as one. (That doe's not include infidelity, lies, and misrepresenting yourself in what you want, or what you are looking for. GAMES... ect) Once, the trust has been broken, it will never be the same in the way you feel, look or react to the other person. I believe that a relationship is a gift from God, someone to stand by, hold on to, believe in, trust with everything you think, feel, and fear, heart, body and soul. You never know what tomorrow brings, so treasure what you have at the moment, and you might be lucky enough to find that one person that is your soul mate, and walk on the beach when you are in your 80's, and still see the love in each others eyes. Update, After raising my kids for the last twenty one years I am now on my own. I really have a problem with dating someone who as to be all about him, and what he wants. I like to have fun and want my guy to enjoy his life, and do what he likes to do. Just not to the point that his favorite word is I, and all he talks about is himself and what he has done.
I recently moved to Columbia, New job and seeing where it takes me. I guess as life always seems to play its cards, and have found some good things, some bad. Trying to make new friends, and knowing how hard it is to find one you can truly count on and trust. I still believe in doing the best you can, and treating people good and trying to give others a chance. I am pretty much looking for good friends, and the one guy who can rock my world.
