I've met some wonderful women on this site (that's right, I'm actually going to want to "meet" you instead of texting forever - you've been warned!) but none that were quite right for me. So, we'll tweak this stupid profile a bit and try this again!

I'm a self-employed professional and I love to laugh at myself and with others. I own four different companies and probably work too much but I'm debt free and financially secure so I'm not that deadbeat guy you wasted too many years with wondering what the hell was in it for you! I'm looking for an equal. Someone to take care of me and me take care of them. You hold your end and I'll hold mine! We just need to look out for each other. I don't want to own you or change you or try to control you. You need your space and I need mine. That's not a negative perception, just a healthy one! Couple that with lots of laughter when we're together and life could be good!

I raised my two sons by myself because it was just a given under the circumstances and they're the best thing(s) that ever happened to me! I'm a responsible person because that's just the way you need to be in life. You won't get respect from others if you can't develop it for yourself. I think learning is a continuous opportunity. Whether it's formal studies or life's lessons I think we stagnate if we're not always open to learning.

I actively look for new things to try in life. I sell my artwork on the web and I live a very active and diverse lifestyle. I enjoy gourmet cooking while drinking wine and I'll want you to join me so you've been warned again! I'm not a fitness fanatic but I like to stay in shape. Experience has led me to a less stressful approach to life and I always look for the positives along the way. If that includes a partner on the same wavelength as me then all the better!
