I'm an extremely fit, energetic, adventurous, and loving woman looking for the last love of my life. I keep busy with work and family but my man will always come first. I would like to have someone to share my life again...someone to wake up with and think how blessed I am ... someone to come home to, and to have conversations with during the day. I look forward to retiring when I find my soulmate. I'm a pretty easy going person who doesn't stress the small stuff. Life is too short, love rare, and change is always around the corner.

I have lived in 5 countries and love different cultures and different cuisines. I hope we can share our experiences. I'm very interested in people and am always learning from people around me. I'm a very good listener and very retentive - so, don't change your story on me! I know I'd bring love and quality of life to your life. I am independent and quite capable of thinking for myself but it would be so nice to have someone to share problems and ideas with.

I'm very energetic which I attribute to regular exercise, good genes and a healthy life style. I feel that physical and mental health go hand in hand. I travel frequently but I'm also very happy to stay at home with my love...cooking together, watching a movie, having quiet time reading our books, probably in the same room, and also laughing, loving and teasing each other.

I would like to share my life with someone again. I would like him to be someone with high moral standards, who takes good care of himself and be reasonably fit. If he could teach me to dance, or if we could just sway slowly in a warm embrace - it'll be great! I'm looking for diversity in my life to stay forever young.

Life is good despite the loss of a husband (he was English) over nine years ago, after a 31 year marriage. It would be wonderful to have a partner again to share all joys and sorrows, and to wake up every day with someone who is the love of my life. Someone I want to make happy, do things for, take care of him and who will, of course, do just the same for me.
