I have found that on this site people will say they are looking for certain traits in people, but I have found that a lot of people are judgemental when they look at a profile. Hopefully there are those out there that look past things like tattoos and look at someone's heart. I especially like the ones who are seeking honesty, because from what I have found in life there is very little of that, it is a trait that my father instilled in me and one that I expect from my children. I am a father first and and I always will be, but if I do find someone they will have a special place in my heart. I hope at my age I can find someone special to spend my life with, I don't know if it is possible but I hope it is. I have had my share of heartache, so I understand what pain is, my daughter has taught me more about being a man than anyone and just how important it is to treat a woman with care, because how can I require someone who is with my daughter to be any more of a man than I should be.I will not say something in my profile just to grab attention, what I write is from my heart, I hope that is good enough. I can be wild and spontaneous, but I know when it's time to be settled. I am open and honest and I am looking for the same. I love my daughter more than life. I don't fit into one category so I don't try and pigeon hole myself. I would love to find someone that I have enough in common with so that we could talk and not even realize what time it is, that is rare to be into each other so much that you don't even realize how much time has gone by. I'm really new at the online thing but I thought it would be interesting to meet new people without having to endure a huge crowd. I guess raising my daughter has really changed me inside I look at women differently than I did as a teen, she has helped bring out a part of me that I had a hard time with when I was younger, I guess that's why they call them the old wise men on the mountain and not the young men, because our failures are what make us wise.

I like to go out to eat, or cook at home spend time in getting to know each other but I especially like to do what my date wants so she feels comfortable.My fantasy would be laying on the beach staring up at the stars and sharing that moment with someone unforgettable.
