I usually spend my weekends with my kids. One of our favorite places to visit is the zoo, on a crisp December morning just after a fresh snowfall. When you pull into the parking lot and it is practically void of vehicles. This is my favorite time to go, when there are no crowds, and the animals are active exploring the transformed world they just woke up to. The smell of kettle corn penetrating your senses, commanding you to try some and a cup of hot chocolate that magically takes the chill out of the air.
I have a love for adventure and enjoy trying new things. My kids and I recently visited a ghost mining town in southern Utah. There was definitely a creepy feeling as you are walking amongst the rubble and skeletons of buildings. My daughter asking, ‘Dad, where are all the ghosts?’ Were there miners who lost their lives here? Did anyone here strike it rich only to have their claim lost in gun fight or a card game? I plan on visiting some more ghost towns; it’s a part of history that I find very interesting.
Have you ever been so in love that your heart beats faster every time your partner walks into the room. And when they leave you feel a part of you leave with them. So in love that every time you kiss or make love it feels like the first time. Been so in love with someone you would make any sacrifice necessary to make that person happy. I know it sounds like a romantic fairytale, but this is what I would like to find someday.

Well there’s no way to ‘fluff’ up who I am looking for. I am looking for someone, who first of all is intelligent. Although I do enjoy witty banter, stimulating conversation about politics, religion or current events is a big turn on. Keep me on my toes, challenge me, stimulate me and I will do the same in return. I will always put more stock into brains than beauty, but I am looking for a woman who takes care of herself physically.
Also must like children. When I spend time with my kids, I don’t want that to be an issue.

First date would have to be something simple, possibly dinner at quiet restaurant, a stroll through the park or coffee at Starbucks. Not a lot of distractions, a situation where it would be possible to carry on a conversation and get to know one another.
