Howdy. I just moved to Orlando in February. I have lived all over the South, East, and Midwest.

I am very analytical, and sometimes have a dark sense of humor. I try to be logical in my everyday life, and shun such things as religion, superstition, and astrology.

Right now I am getting used to Orlando, enjoying the weather (for now). I just started a job down here so that is pretty exciting.

I also have a deep understanding of various topics, including such things as diverse as astronomy, houseplants, and classic television. I look like a cross between John Krasinski and Jake Gyllenhaal. Seriously, it's uncanny.

Food: a wide variety. I like to try out exotic cuisines and dishes.

Books: Catcher in the Rye, Guns, Germs, and Steel Movies: Rocky, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Spider-Man 2.

Television: I love to watch classic television shows, including The****Van Dyke Show, ALF, All in the Family, the Star Trek series. I also love Third Rock From the Sun, and Family Guy.

I spend a lot of time thinking about why the world operates the way it does, why Philly Cheesesteaks contain no cheese (and something barely passing for steak), how there could be better mass transit systems (especially in Orlando).

I like going out to eclectic places; I like to mix things up like that. I would like to check out some places in downtown Orlando, especially those that have karaoke and 80s music.

I like women who have: intelligence, liberal or moderate political views, foreign accents, tallness, quirkiness, goofiness.

I like to keep it casual for the first date: lunch, dinner, and/or coffee, and then build up on successive dates. It seems more organic that way, and not forced.
