I am a fun loving and passionate guy who loves movies, books, and hockey. I am honest (who but an honest man would admit that Duran Duran is his favorite group?) and compassionate, and I am pretty easy going most of the time.

As you can probably guess from my nickname, I am a big fan of 80's music. I am also a BIG concert fanatic, and have had the good fortune of seeing some great bands over the last couple of years; Duran Duran, Poison, Def Leppard, David Bowie, Sting and Annie Lennox, Van Halen, Bruce Springsteen, Bryan Adams, Vince Neil, Live, and The Tragically Hip.

I have just started (thanks to my New Year's Resolution) to live a much more healthy and active lifestyle, and am working out and exercising five times a week now and LOVING it. Can't understand why I didn't do this before!!!

People have said I have a good sense of humor, I usually try to keep my friends laughing (with mixed sucess according to them) and I appreciate somebody who can trade good natured barbs with me. I definately need somebody who can laugh along with me (or at me).

While I am usually confident in myself, I am a bit shy approaching women that I don't know; I usually just either chicken out or say something stupid, (think George McFly, although I am sure my hair is better than his!) so I am hoping that Plenty of Fish will help me out with this.

I do think it is important that you know that I have partial custody of my two children, a 7 year old girl, and a 6 year old boy. They are the light of my life and the most important people in the world to me. ***Please*** keep in mind though that I am looking for somebody for ME, not for them. They have a mom, and I am not looking for a "replacement".
