I work a lot but like to play a lot as well! Fun and non-stressful is what I'm looking for. I enjoy going out, but sometimes just like to curl up with a movie and popcorn at home. I love to snow ski, and will take ANYONE up on an offer to go! I like water sports as well, although I recently learned I can't water ski as good as I used to (age, maybe?!??!). I'm a gentleman at heart as that's how I was raised, and I won't let go of it, no matter how many women don't appreciate it!

I'm in the middle of restoring an old Victorian home and am having a blast! That's not to say that it doesn't get frustrating at times, but I can see the end result in my mind, and I just keep striving for that. SO....if you know how to swing a hammer, or if you can just appreciate what I'm doing, you move to the front of the line!

I consider myself strong, honest, funny, spontaneous, kind and outgoing. A smart, open guy with character and integrity. I enjoy life and having fun, and I'm not afraid to speak my mind or give my opinion...sometimes when it's asked for, sometimes BEFORE! After spending 9 years in a 5-year relationship, brutal honesty has worked it's way to the top of my list. I'm not afraid to tell you if I don't think it's working, and I hope you'll do the same. Of course, I can do it gently (can you be gently brutally...anything? LOL!).

I have a goofy sense of humor, with some dry sarcasm thrown in there to just mix it up a bit. I often find myself laughing at my own jokes more than anyone else!

First dates are usually safe...lunch is always good because there's a deadline. BUT, I'm open to doing something crazy like packing a picnic basket, renting a motorcycle, and riding to who-knows-where for a sunny afternoon picnic. If you have your own motorcycle....that's a plus! Or, maybe mini-golf, bowling, after-work coctails, etc. Baseball game or live music are also good.
