Hello, and thanks for visiting my profile. I live in small town Arkansas...and the reason I don't list the name of the town is exactly because it IS a SMALL town...and because of my job, I'd be easy for any random person to find there.
About me:
Well..... I have moved around quite a bit the last few years. I lived in London (England) for a decade, then moved to New Orleans just in time for Katrina. Since that craziness I've been in three different towns in Arkansas, but am now getting somewhat settled. So far so good....and I'm hoping to stick around for a while.
I'm interested in all kinds of things--history (that's my profession), music, reading, travel, politics, meeting new people and seeing new things. I am a curious and political person...and get along best with people who are too. So...for example...you don't HAVE to be interested in politics, but if you aren't that's something that I LOVE to talk about right out the window! And btw, I'm a LIBERAL!!
I'm sociable and my idea of a fun weekend night is catching a band (in a bar, not a stadium unless it's something really exceptional) or lingering over wine and good conversation late into the night after a lovely meal. I'm from a live music town and it's in my blood--I NEED guitar bands, wooden floors and Coors Light (forgive me)

at least once in a while, but I also love swanky restaurants or movies and popcorn at home.
Not to be too negative, but this IS Arkansas...so...if your only real interests are motorcycling, four wheeling, and NASCAR....then we have VERY LITTLE in common!
And....I value time on my own... that's very important to me and I can't be with a man who can't handle "separate" time.
