Hi: I'm a widowed, independant fun loving, down to earth, female who would love to meet someone with similar interests, for friendship/activity partner or perhaps more.

My varied interests include walking, flower gardening, dining out, entertaining, traveling both near and far, and especially love winter getaways to warmer destinations! I read fiction/non-fiction, LOVE music, good conversation, computer; the outdoors, and walk several times a week when weather permits; especially enjoy boating, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming, and most things cottage related. I enjoy good conversation and am told that I have a great sense of humour, and throughly enjoy that those who do also.
I am always looking forward to the next adventure as I believe in going where you want to go while one is still young enough to fully appreciate and participate to the fullest!
I'm told that I am a bit of a free spirit, and don't seem as "old" as many people of my chronological age (hope thats a good thing
