Hi! I'm laid back and love to laugh (at life, at myself, whatever). I'm really looking to meet new people (Man, that has got to be the lamest things I've ever written. How many people write that on these sites? But, in my case, I promise you it's not a line, I actually do want to meet new people.) I just moved back to the Metroplex after living in California for several years so I need to meet some new people--expand my lesbian network. I'm not sure what else to say about myself. Unfortunately, I don't have any really bizzare hobbies like naked bungee jumping. I'm a simple girl. I appreciated humor and randomness. I'm kinda on the geeky side but in the most endearing of ways, I assure you. I enjoy talking over coffee or at a pub. (But hey, who can't talk, that doesn't make me sound that unique). I also love music of all types (dancing, concerts, listening to it in the car, singing it in the shower, etc.). First dates can become sort of overwhelming with both people trying to impress that I think a lot of "first date misfires" wouldn't happen if people were to relax. So, I kind of think something that is fun and maybe a bit cheesey would be a good idea. Good food and then something funny like...minature golf. It's hard not to laugh and relax while playing miniature golf, I'm of the belief no one is very good at it so the self deprication can put us at ease. Also, if you're going on a date with me you should probably be made aware of my quirky sense of humor from the get go so it's not an unpesant surprise (not that I'M unpleasent, but you get the drift).
