Below is a recent piece of work that I thinks revels a lot about me and hope is of benefit.

You can spend your life looking for what is wrong with the world, exposing evil and the negative. Or you can spend your life looking for what is right with the world, seeking solutions to challenges and the positive. Look for the negative and you will find it. Look for the positive and you will find it. The question is do you want to spend your life seeing and finding the positive or seeing and finding the negative.

Fight perceived evil with evil then you become the evil you are fighting. But if you return evil with good then you remain good even if evil refuses to see its pain. Where there is hate bring love. Where there is fear bring hope. Where there is anger bring joy. Where there is chaos bring peace. Where there is envy bring understanding. Where there is jealousy bring empathy. Where there is greed bring generosity. Shine like a candle on a hill. Light dissipates darkness but darkness only exists in the absence of light.

Many minds are a storm of negative emotions that cloud their perception and are unpleasant. If you become part of the storm then it will just wave out from you colliding with the waves of everyone's storm. You may stop one wave that may be evil with a wave but do nothing to stop the storm of negativity and ignorance which causes the evil through out the human race. If you can calm the storm in your mind then you can find truth. Anger, fear, jealousy, envy and such clouds the mind. The mind is no longer rational or thinking of being a positive force but merely rationalizes what is thinks is good when in reality it merely seeks ways not to feel its negative emotions. If your mind is calm then it becomes rational, you can think clearly and see truth as well as like a candle on the hill you can shine and calm the storm around you.

If your mind is in a storm inside, you will at best find a delusion of truth and truths about how to manipulate the environment around one. One hopes that such manipulation is for a perceived good which in reality as limited fallible beings is beyond us to see all the factors involved in this plot of manipulation. Perhaps good is done but perhaps factors that are either over looked or beyond our ability to see will revel that our attempt to do good only did great evil. We can see what is right and good within and do what is right. We can in essence save ourselves but we can save no others. We can only hope that others will see how you have saved yourself and find the same truths you have.

It is easy to look around and find fault with others around you and attack their self esteem. It is hard to find what is right with others, build them up and bring out their talent. Many think by finding fault with others covers their own fault. In reality all they have shown is a lack of confidence in their own self worth with a need to tear down others self worth. If one is confident in his strengths, esteem and worth then he tends to stand on his strengths and finds no need to tear down and attack others. He tends to want to show others truth that he has found as apposed to constantly looking for fault in others.

The only way to beat an enemy is make him your friend. Otherwise you will either lose or at best hope for is a stale mate where you end where you were before the enemy crossed your path. Sometimes as limited beings, we can only see either losing or a stale mate which often is perceived as victory. Perhaps we are at times forced to defend ourselves from attacks from enemies we did not seek and can only find a stalemate of finding the peace we had before the enemy came for us. More often than not though the reality is the perceived enemy merely was expressing a diluted form of love which if found we can easily turn this perceived

Rather open on that one. Depends on who I am going out with. Like coffee houses, museums, Rock concerts, walks in nature, going out to eat at comfortable restaurant as well as just sitting at home, listening to good music and good conversation.
