I'm not on here because I'm desperate. I'm on here because I think hanging out at a bar is boring and I hate cigarettes. That's the #1 place for meeting in Pittsburgh. I'm not much of a dancer and I get nervous when I see a girl I think is cute (especially somewhere social like Matrix or Kennywood,) so there goes #2 & #3 for places to say hi to each other. *poof* I'm on the interwebs.

I've realized that two people can't make it work if they don't have the same interests no matter how hard one or the other tries. I'm keeping my options open, tho ultimately I hope to find a girl to curl up with that wants to be there as much as I do. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't ok with hooking up because sometimes that's fun, but the fun wears out quickly and it gets lonely not having someone to talk to on the phone every night and wish sweet dreams upon.

I'm never really good at describing myself because I don't see myself as others do, but I'll try. :P

I'm honest to a fault, and I laugh at inappropriate times. I don't smoke or do drugs and I don't plan on it, altho I do drink lightly. I'm into all music and I sing along. I'm a little over-eager to help sometimes and I think that irritates some people. Umm... I'm agnostic and I reject the idea that any one single religion is correct, so if you're big on that you don't wanna hang out with me. I'll either get butterflies or I won't. If I do, it really takes a lot for me to genuinely enjoy someone's company so if I like you, I like you. It takes even more for someone to be able to put up with me. :P

So far, however, it hasn't quite meshed as well as I'd hoped and so I'm here :P

What would I do... Hmmmm... Well, I'd like to do a lot of things, depending on my mood and hers :) We could go for a walk on Mt. Washington, hang out for a bite at Panera, or chill at the Waterfront and see a movie. There's plenty of standard romantic things I LOVE to do, so I'm pretty easy to please :).... Um...

A nice dinner/picnic outdoors, fishing, then a nice long walk ending at the fireplace with stuff to make smores and mountain pies with, maybe a few drinks, and continuing our good conversation....

Or we meet up for some conversation over drinks, catch a movie, head over to the club to see how well your hips match mine and go for a long pointless drive with some good music and a better conversation...

Any better ideas?
