Inspiring the will and encouraging the heart... this is what I do... kinda, sorta... I have a passion for understanding the human spirit within people. and perhaps many other things on this earth. Where this all started, I am really not sure?? I believe (and from what others tell me) I have not reached that potential of what I was created to do...with people that is. My passion is learning, my work is helping people learn how to learn...sounds odd huh. But honestly, people often tell that I am gifted, ( I believe we ALL are!!) although I am very humble in recognizing what exactly that is... My work involves helping companies recognize the value and developing what I call learning communities @ work. Oh, and not to forget...it is the people’s collective efforts and wisdoms which works for the organizations... Sooo, part of me is focused on helping people; my personal vision: “Enhancing people’s efforts to transform their organizations, communities and lives" I guess too

So many many interests, writing, travel, the outdoors, adventure. Learning new things. But the true passion I have is in helping people discover the gift of life long learning. In working with people, I also learn a lot about myself. And what is truly important to others also. We all want an need to be heard at times. Being sincere, honest and open minded to others can open up a whole world of discovery and enlightenment. Funny..I guess...we (and people) often discover how much or how little they really know about themselves¿truly amazing...and maybe for some people it can be magical...Some other things that I enjoy...getting up early and having a strong cup of Java...and taking that little bit of time to think about the day ahead; Everyday I try to see either the sunrise or set...just have to appreciate something which had helped this planet sustain life....The rain, all types (are there) and the storms...the coastal ones have to be the best..with the big thundering surf crashing
