I am in the healthcare industry and enjoy getting out and away from it all after a hard days work. I love the outdoors to go hiking or biking or just walking on the beach. I love to travel, even if it is for a short weekend getaway to recharge. I enjoy getting together for an evening with friends for great conversation, food and good wine.

I am active with a group within my church and enjoy spending time with my friends there for social and volunteering events. I also enjoy all the great volunteering opportunities I have been able to be involved with, and especially the trip I took to volunteer in Peru in '08.

I am looking for a guy who is considerate, and who wants to be an equal partner in a relationship, verses just being in a relationship. And you have to love pets(dogs/cats, etc.). I grew up always having pets around, and I still enjoy it.

For a first date, maybe dinner. Not a movie. Maybe a nice walk along the lake. I want to be able to have a conversation and get to know more about the other person, and also to let them get to know me.
