I have a fondness for antiques, relics, architecture, old buildings, myths, legends, adventure, history, strange stories or occurrences, fact over fiction but of late conspiracy theories seem to carry a lot of weight.
I’m interested in cars, aircraft, all things aviation and electrical, other new technologies and politics/international affairs. I like to visit the zoo, art galleries and museums.
Enjoy the odd restaurant or pub. Not into large noisy gatherings full of anti-social behaviours. Don’t like loud bad-mouthed people, but still enjoy going to the pub to see a good band or play a game of pool.. Deplore violence.
I enjoy fine wines, spirits and beers. Enjoy going to the movies (sci-fi, adventure, thriller, war, western, drama, documentary even the odd ghost/horror), or going fishing.
I love the music of the 1970’s and especially Motown and groups like CCR, The Beatles Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Moody Blues you know the usual soft and hard rock that we all grew up with. Blues and Jazz etc, there are some modern stuff that I also like and when in the mood classical and opera like Il Devo.
Travelling is a favourite, meeting new people of different cultures, exploring new places, ancient sites of early civilisations, learning about the origins of mankind.
Love the Saturday newspaper or tinkering around in the garden, in the home or that special project on weekends. I also love cooking. Creating gourmet delights from all cultures. Don’t like bigoted, small or close-minded people.
